The St. Johns County Clerk of Court’s Office is closed to the public for non-mission critical court functions; however, you can still take advantage of several of our online services while the Judicial Center is closed.

We have also partnered with the county to provide recording of your real estate related documents at the permitting office.
At this time, marriage ceremonies and passport services have been suspended.
The St. Johns County Clerk of Court’s Office remains open to the public for mission critical functions.

Those with courthouse business are strongly encouraged to call (904) 819-3600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to coming to the courthouse to confirm that the needed services are currently available in person.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), the Florida Supreme Court has suspended all grand jury proceedings, jury selection proceedings and criminal and civil jury trials from Monday, March 16, 2020, through Friday, April 17, 2020.
Those who have been summoned for jury duty through April 17, 2020 are hereby excused and do not need to report. The courthouse remains open for all other services, many of which may be performed online at https://stjohnsclerk.com.
