ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., November 2, 2026 — In honor of Veterans Day, the St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office is offering complimentary services throughout November to veterans, active-duty military members, reservists, and their dependents.
“Veterans and military families have given so much in service to our country, and this is one small way we can give back,” said Clerk Brandon J. Patty. “We want those who have served to know their sacrifices are appreciated and we are here to serve them.”
Free services available throughout November include:
- DD-214 Recording – Veterans who record their DD-214 help preserve their military service as part of St. Johns County’s permanent historical record, allowing future generations to research, recognize, and honor those who served our country.
- Salute to Service ID card – Veterans who record their discharge documents will receive a special ID card, featuring discounts on dining, attractions, and other services.
- Notary Services and Photos – Veterans, active-duty military, reservists, and their dependents may enjoy free notary services, passport photos, wedding photos and wedding ceremonies when presenting a valid marriage license.
To qualify, individuals must present a military discharge record, military ID, military dependent ID, or driver license with a veteran designation. Services are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours at the Public Service Center, 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine.
All services, except wedding photos, are also available by appointment at our Julington Creek Annex, located at 725 Flora Branch Boulevard in St. Johns, or our Ponte Vedra Beach Annex, located at 151 Sawgrass Corners Drive in Ponte Vedra Beach.
