The Criminal Department handles Felony, Misdemeanor, Criminal Traffic and County & Municipal Ordinances.

The Clerk is responsible for calendaring all criminal cases which go to court, attending each court session, recording the disposition of the court, and reporting all required information to the proper authorities.

All instructions and forms distributed by the Clerk of Court are provided as a public service to persons seeking to represent themselves in court without the assistance of an attorney.  These documents are meant to serve as a guide only, and to assist pro se (self-represented) litigants with their cases.  Any person using these instructions and/or forms does so at his or her own risk, and the Clerk shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by any person in reliance on the instructions and/or forms.

Cases may be viewed online using the Court Records icon to the right of the screen. Documents may be viewed and printed free of charge using this link.

Certified documents may be obtained online through E-certify. The E-certify link is found under the Records dropdown from the top options bar.

To request copies directly from the Clerk’s Office, please submit the Request for Criminal Research document found under Criminal Forms to our office via mail or email. The request may be submitted by email without the form, if the required information is noted in the email. The fees for copies and certification are listed within the research request form.
