The Leadership Development Trainings will be administered by Dr. Joel Bolante, Flagler College. The purpose is to provide training on the fundamentals of leadership and supervision to Directors, Supervisor, and Chiefs. within the St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office. The information provided in these trainings is based on empirical and scholarly research coupled with practical experience and knowledge on the topics of leadership and supervision. |
The Clerk’s Internship Program offers college and high school students a unique opportunity to explore a career in local government. This program is designed to provide valuable insights into the vital role of the Clerk and Comptroller in serving St. Johns County. Participants will gain hands-on experience and learn how the Clerk’s Office manages official records, oversees the collection and distribution of County funds, and supports the judiciary in court proceedings, among other essential functions.

The Volunteer Clerk Ambassador Program allows residents to become actively involved in local government by providing those seeking clerk services with assistance by serving as administrative and informational liaisons. The Clerk Ambassador Program allows volunteers to fill vital roles and contribute to the success of the organization.
Volunteers may perform duties such as greeting those entering the judicial complex, assisting with wayfinding, and serving as support during high-volume operations. The Clerk’s Office is seeking customer-service-oriented ambassadors with flexible schedules and previous professional experience.
