The St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is now offering Electronic Certified Documents for purchase online. E-Certify is the latest technology to provide simple, secure and affordable access to certified county records and services. Each E-Certified document uses advanced encrypted features to produce a tamper-proof electronic certified document that will include a unique Clerk of Court digital signature.

With E-Certify, we make certified records available around the clock, while protecting against document fraud and increasing efficiency. Examples of document types available through E-Certify include wills, divorce decrees, marriage licenses and more.
