Florida Statute requires that the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller act as
Ex-Officio Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners. The Minutes and Records Division serves as the Custodian of Official Board Records, attends, digitally records, accepts and files paperwork related to various meetings, and produces and maintains minutes of the Board of County Commissioners, and Value Adjustment Board meetings. The Clerk and Comptroller also maintains custody of the official seal for the Board of County Commissioners.
The Board of County Commissioners meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month. The minutes of the Board of County Commissioners meetings are posted after Board approval.
