Note: Only collection surcharges are waived during this event. Late fees cannot be waived. Individuals who have not yet been referred to a collection agency but have an expired payment plan may be eligible to reinstate their suspended driver license by establishing a new payment plan and meeting all requirements.

Additional fees for reinstatement with the Department of Motor Vehicles may apply.

Q: What is the discount?
A: By paying our office during OGL, you can avoid the additional collection agency fee, which, per F.S., can be up to 40%.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept cash, check, money order, and credit or debit cards. A service fee of up to 7% applies to credit or debit card payments.

Q: How much is the license reinstatement fee?
A: If eligible and payable through our office, the fee is $60.

Q: Do I have to come in person?
A: No. Payments can be made online, in person, or by mail, but they must arrive at our office before the close of business on Friday, April 24, 2026.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Online payments are accepted on Saturday and Sunday.

Q: Can I go to an annex office to pay?
A: No. In-person payments are only accepted at the main office located at 4010 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine.

Q: Can I set up a payment plan?
A: You may set up a payment plan only if you did not establish one during OGL in 2025 and default. Any defaulted balances must be paid in full.

Q: Does it cost extra to set up a payment plan?
A: Yes. There is a $25 fee to set up a payment plan. Any applicable late fees or D6 fees will also be added at the time the plan is established.

Q: If I have multiple cases, do they all need to be paid to get my license back?
A: Yes. If other cases have resulted in your license being suspended, those must also be paid. To check what is suspending your license, visit: https://services.flhsmv.gov/DLCheck
