New location offers easier access and expanded customer service for County residents

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., July 27, 2026 — The St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office will begin serving residents from the County’s new Public Service Center on Monday, August 3, 2026, making it faster and more convenient for residents to access many of the Clerk’s most frequently used services.

“One of my guiding principles is making it easier for residents and our stakeholders to access our services, whether online or in person,” said Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller Brandon J. Patty. “This new Public Service Center is a major investment in serving our community. Whether someone is applying for a passport, recording important documents, or obtaining a marriage license, they’ll experience easier access, shorter wait times, and faster service. It’s another way we’re delivering exceptional customer service for our residents.”

Located just across the parking lot from the Richard O.
