ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., June 4, 2025 — The St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its Julington Creek Annex to celebrate the expansion of services in the northern end of the County.
“We’re thrilled to offer these services closer to home for our Julington Creek residents,” said Clerk Brandon J. Patty. “By offering appointment-only scheduling at this Annex location, we ensure that every customer receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve.”
The Julington Creek Annex is located at 725 Flora Branch Blvd and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, by appointment only. Our knowledgeable clerks are available to assist the community with the following essential services:
Document Recording Services – Submit deeds, mortgages, and other important records into St. Johns County’s Official Records.
Passport Services – Apply for a new passport and have your passport photos taken on-site.
Marriage Licenses and Ceremonies – Say “I do” with a seamless marriage licensing process, with wedding ceremonies available on-site.
Notary Services – Get official documents notarized with ease.
