The St. Johns County Clerk runs the Teen Court program, which helps first-time juvenile offenders learn from their mistakes without getting a criminal record. Teens who commit minor or non-violent offenses voluntarily participate and are sentenced by a jury of their peers. The goal is to guide young people toward better choices and reduce repeat offenses.

The program works with local partners, including the Sheriff’s Office, State Attorney, Department of Juvenile Justice, Epic Behavioral Health, and The Hanley Foundation, to provide support and resources for participants.
