Accommodation for Jury Duty and/or Appearance in Court

If you are a person with a disability who needs accommodation in order to access court facilities or participate in a court proceeding, you are entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance. Accommodation for Obtaining Clerk Services

The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller for St. Johns County is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities receive full and equal access to all of the services provided by this office. The Clerk’s ADA Coordinator is available to assist persons with disabilities who need accommodations when interacting with the Clerk of the Court either in person or online, or who need modifications to the Clerk of Court’s policies, practices, or procedures due to a disability.
