St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners Investment Policy
Section 218.415, Florida Statutes, authorizes the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners to adopt a written investment policy to guide the County’s investment activity. County Resolution No. 2021-451 adopted the investment policy, as revised, delegating the authority for the investment program of County surplus funds to the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller. Additionally, the investment policy provides for authorized investments and allowance of an investment advisor.
