(Effective July 1, 2008)
Due to the passage of Senate Bill 1790, the Clerk's Office is required to increase civil, family, small claims, and probate filing fees effective July 1, 2008. These fee increases are not clerk revenue. They will be forwarded to the State of Florida to offset lost revenue in the State's budget. Please note there are several "new" fees being created under this bill concerning the issuance of summons and the filing of cross claims, counter claims, and third party complaints.
