Paying a County Parking Ticket

By Mail

Your copy of the parking citation is an envelope for mailing payment to the Clerk’s Office. The mailing address is 4010 Lewis Speedway, St Augustine, FL 32084. You may mail a personal check, cashiers check or money order to the Clerk’s Office to comply with your citation. Please reference your citation number on your payment.

In Person

You may pay in person by cash, credit card, personal check, cashiers check or money order. Valid ID is required for personal checks and credit card payments when made in person.  Personal checks must have the name and address pre-printed on them; credit cards will be assessed a convenience fee.

Fax

Payment may be made by faxing a credit card authorization form to our office, convenience fees will apply.  Please review the Credit Card Form for details and the fax number. Credit Card Form

By Phone

You may with credit card over the phone, convenience fees will apply. You must call the Traffic Department line at (904) 819-3628.

Online

Payments may be made online by credit card; convenience fees will apply. IMPORTANT: If your parking citation is past due, or set for court, this payment option is no longer available online. Please contact the Clerk’s office by phone to make your payment (904) 819-3628.

These citations are only due at the Clerk’s Office if you requested a Court Hearing through the St Augustine City Parking Department.
