December Office Closures & Online Resources
Our office will be closed on Monday, December 25, and Tuesday, December 26, as we celebrate Christmas with our families, friends, and loved ones. We will also be closed on Monday, January 1 for New Year’s Day. Our online services, including traffic ticket and court fine payments, will be available on our website at stjohnsclerk.com.

Even when our offices are closed, our online resources are easily accessible through a computer or smartphone 24 hours a day, year-round. Services and resources include:

• Online payment for traffic tickets or court obligations.
• E-Certify to purchase certified records.
• E-Filing to transfer legal documents from an attorney or self-represented litigant to the court.
• E-Response to respond to a jury summons.
• Real-time search of court records, Board of County Commissioner records, and official records.
