Due to Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order SC20-23, the suspension of all but mission critical proceedings has been extended to May 29, 2020. A copy of AOSC20-23 can be found The Florida Supreme Court’s website here.

Please note, we do not have an estimated date of when the St Johns County Courthouse will fully reopen. As the COVID-19 emergency continues, that decision will be made at the federal, state and/or local level.
